R.A.M – River Auto Material

To run HD or URP, LW RP please import pack to HD or URP, LW RP project and then import support pack which is inside the asset in “HD and LW RP support” folder. It will replace shaders, prefabs, meshes so they will work with RP out of the box. Please also check readme files inside that folder.

R.A.M 2019 is newly rebuilt and extended version of R.A.M which is on the market around 2 years Pack gives you the ability to create a very advanced river and lakes with flow map, river bed shapes and textures on it automatically. Shader generates few cascade/waterfalls type by the slope of the mesh. You simply drag and drop river material into a mesh or you could create it by our advanced spline tool with profiles system and a river, lake, stream, the road is done. The simulate option will generate the whole river from 1 point, it will analyze shapes, colliders and create the most accurate river shape. Our script and shaders allow automatic wetness when the object hit the spline or lake surface even at runtime – wet ship or car which moves over the lake, sea, river. Spline tool could create even road, dirty roads – check our image examples and video where we also use it as a road. With all sliders and options, you have full control on every river stage, you could control: specular, smoothness, speed, normal strength, tessellation strength, foam texture, shallowness, deep color, water depth, cascades and waterfalls and much much more. You could locally customize river, lake or blend with other water systems by our vertex paint tool. With flow map painter and system you could simply change local river direction to avoid stones etc. The river stream could work in every direction U, -U or V, -V of the mesh UV map. Advanced river tool gives the ability to connect/disconnect multiple rivers/lakes/sea in 1 place. A shader could generate styled or realistic rivers, swamps, all depends on user setup – pack contain many examples. Reflections come from reflection probes. The asset contains HQ ground textures with perfect height blend, best in use for our CTS terrain shader or unity default HD RP heightened as well. Particles and road textures are also included Pack is also suitable as fountain shading and it supports floating island structures. Object flow map and vertex color painter allows to create floating islands with waterfalls and correct water movement. API will help you to create the whole river at runtime in your game,especially with a simulation tool.

R.A.M 2019 unity pack is compatible with vegetation studio and vegetation studio pro. It will mask foliage or create the whole environment around the river via biomes.
